Not only do we have the ability to identify a problem, but equally important, we are able to convey the seriousness of the problem and prescribe a possible solution. The reason for the inspection is you. We use laymen terms, not technical jargon, in our reports. We want you to be able to make an informed decision with regard to your property purchase.

Pelican Property Inspections, Inc. does not offer inspections as a sideline for other work. Our only business is inspections. As a result, we remain unbiased, independent and on your side.
